In accordance with its policy of continuous improvement, Visanfer has implemented a process for the approval and evaluation of its suppliers, which we inform you about through this notification.
If your company is going to supply products or services to our organization for the first time, our purchasing staff will inform you of the approval requirements and the documentation to be provided for your APPROVAL, depending on the type of product or service we receive from you.
If your company is already a supplier to Visanfer, we inform you that your products and services will be evaluated annually based on the number and severity of the incidents recorded throughout the year.
If the evaluation is satisfactory, your company will be classified as APPROVED and no additional notification will be sent.
If the evaluation is not satisfactory (due to a high number of incidents related to your products or services), Visanfer will notify you that you have been classified as NOT APPROVED and will inform you of the measures to be taken.
